2. Our Agent-Based Architecture
Zwiron uses a unique agent-based architecture where your data never leaves your network. The Zwiron Agent runs inside your infrastructure and processes data locally. Our control plane (the cloud dashboard) only receives metadata such as job status, row counts, schema information, and performance metrics — never your actual data.
3. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (managed via our identity provider).
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, job configurations (without connection credentials), and browser/device information.
Job Metadata
When agents run sync jobs, the control plane receives operational metadata: job status, row counts, throughput metrics, error messages, schema names, and table names. This metadata helps us provide the monitoring dashboard and troubleshooting support.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers or full bank account details on our servers.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve our platform
- To process transactions and manage your subscription
- To send transactional communications (job alerts, security notices, billing receipts)

- Service providers: Infrastructure hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics services that help us operate the platform.
- Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or government request.

7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), mutual TLS (mTLS) for agent-to-control-plane communication, ECDSA P-256 certificate rotation, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Job metadata and audit logs are retained according to your subscription plan (7 to unlimited days). You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

- Object to or restrict processing of your data
